Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

"Feedback" means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance or features of our Service.

"Service" refers to the Website.

"Terms and Conditions" (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Sales

Transfer of sales title and full rights of sale of goods shall pass to Pearlly upon elapse of 14 days from collection of goods.

Commencement of sale of goods effective from date agreement sent and due to reach completion 8 - 12 weeks from collection. Upon completion of period, agreed price is to be paid to seller without regard to whether all furniture has been sold.

Pearlly shall have the right of inspection of goods prior to sale at present location. Upon transfer of, and receipt of goods, Pearlly reserves the right to inspect goods.

Goods seen to be damaged or at variance with descriptions given prior to collection via electronic email may be rejected or subject to an amendment of valuation.


Collection of goods

Collection of goods is the responsibility of the seller unless mentioned otherwise in communication with us via electronic mail.

In the event that goods received are rejected by Pearlly, collection of goods shall be the sole responsibility of seller to arrange. If seller is unable to arrange return of goods, Pearlly reserves the right to offer services to deliver goods back to seller completely at seller’s cost.

The collection of goods rejected are to be arranged by seller within two weeks of notification from Pearlly.


Liability

In the event of a dispute between the seller and Pearlly where Pearlly have notified seller that goods are to be collected, cost of storage of goods

In the event of a dispute, Pearlly reserves the right to suspend all contractual agreements and all details therein until a resolution has been reached between both parties.

Should goods be at variance to the descriptions given prior to collection, Pearlly reserves the right to rejects goods outright and request that all costs incurred by Pearlly during collection phase be reimbursed fully before goods are released for collection.
